Selecting a Program

Each of our degree programs are designed to be practical while helping you develop new skills as well as a better understanding of what it means to be an education professional.

Courses in these programs model excellence in online pedagogy by providing interactions with the university’s highly regarded faculty. Currently, there are two areas with online graduate degree programs:

Educational Technology
A masters (M.Ed.) and specialist (Ed.S.) degree program with a specialization in Educational Technology is available for those wishing to become proficient in using technology as a tool to modify, extend, or enhance their curriculum and to assume leadership roles related to technology integration in their classroom, school, or district.

Teacher Leadership for School Improvement (TLSI)
Master (M.Ed.) and specialist (Ed.S.) degree programs with a focus on Teacher Leadership for School Improvement are also available. This program is designed to improve the knowledge of students and teachers through systematic inquiry into teaching and learning.

Not ready to jump into a degree program?
We offer opportunities for students to take graduate courses in a non-degree seeking status for students to try out our programs.

Non-degree seeking students are also eligible to complete a series of 9-credit (3 courses) certificate programs. For more information on these, click here
